How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us from the email address linked to your account.
- Send an email to privacy@generate.it.com
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include your account email and any relevant IDs
What happens next
- We verify your identity and receipt of the request
- We delete personal data not required by law to retain
- We confirm completion via email
